The campus life of students is a unique phase of excitement, adjustments and academic challenges. In addition students face transitions through significant psychological and emotional changes. The Counselling service at Kamladevi Shikshan Mahavidyalaya works to enable students make these significant transitions smoothly. The Counsellors help the students in their day- to- day concerns and also enhance their overall functioning
Various committees like Women Cell, Anti Ragging are formed by the Institute to deal day to day life problem regarding curriculum and Educational difficulties. Workshops on topics relevant to increasing the capacities of the students are regularly conducted by the Counsellors.
The Counsellors also maintain a notice board where posters, charts and cartoons pertaining to various issues are exhibited. The e-mail is yet another medium of communication for the students and the Counsellors wherein the students can write to the Counsellors for appointments or asking for help. The Counsellors use e-mails to communicate information about workshops, send articles and even for follow-up with students. This has evoked a positive response from the students.
