Training and Placement officer at Kamladevi Shikshan Mahavidyalaya has a major responsibility to interact with various Educational and research organizations in the country with an aim of providing adequate Teaching and Research exposure to the students and also enabling them to get employment in the different organizations.

The major responsibilities of Placement Cell are:

1. To arrange training programs by coordinating with various Educational Institutions to improve overall competency of the students

2. To invite reputed organizations in the campus of the Institute for the placement of students

3. To organize lectures and workshops for students on career counselling, interview techniques, soft skills development and making familiar with expectations/needs of Teaching Professional world

4. To promote and motivate students to publish Research papers and participate in the activities at the national level

5. To motivate and provide facilities to the students to organize various Teaching Skill programs to develop overall leadership qualities
